Roasted Parmesan Cabbage
Typically, I eat cabbage as coleslaw. It is my favorite way to prepare cabbage. The other way I eat cabbage is boiled once a year for St. Patty’s Day boiled dinner. However, I came across this new way of preparing cabbage: Roasted Parmesan Cabbage.

1/4 cup of olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, minced.
1/2 tsp of paprika

1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes
1/4 cup of shredded parmesan cheese

Preheat oven in 400 degrees.
Slice cabbage into wedges, between 8-12 slices.
Place on a lined baking sheet (either parchments paper or aluminum foil).
Mix oil, garlic, paprika, onion powder, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
Brush wedges with the oil mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes, flip and cook for another 10-15 minutes until edges are golden brown.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Pair with savory chicken or grilled beef and enjoy.
